Limited 14 day comfort guarantee conditions - If you have purchased one of the RAVX comfort saddles or grips and do not find your experience with it meets your expectation of comfort, you may return it to the shop you purchased it from, within 14 days, with proof of purchase, to exchange it for another RAVX comfort saddle or grip of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange the saddle or grip for another model of greater value, you will be required to pay in the difference. The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. No damaged or worn goods will be accepted. This guarantee is limited to the USA. Countries outside of the USA, where a local distributor is appointed, the comfort guarantee is given at the discretion of the local distributor.
General warranty conditions - Should a product be found defective under this warranty, RAVX will repair or replace only the defective part of the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, normal wear and tear, negligence or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended periods of time and use. Claims under this warranty must be made through an authorized RAVX distributor. Proof of purchase must be shown. RAVX will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some States in the United Sates do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific rights; those rights may vary from place to place. For customers outside the United States, please contact the retailer where the product was originally purchased. Warranty items will be charged in full and shipped free of charge. The charges will be credited as soon as the defective items are received into our warehouse. For warranty considerations, return the defective component to the authorized RAVX dealer.
